教育均衡的伦理实践

【摘要】：教育均衡是对教育者和教育对象普遍人格的确认过程,这一确认在实践上涵盖教育的各个环节。教师资源的初次配置,是对教育者的人格确认过程。学校作为教育伦理系统展开的重要中介,进一步确认受教育者的人格权利。教育系统作为一个伦理实体存在有其必然的内在要求,教育资源共享是对受教育者人格的普遍承认,但这一过程只是简单的道德尊重;教育资源的均衡配置是教育承认人格的进一步伦理化。弱势群体的平等教育是人格的真实实现。教育质量是教育理念的实体性实现,本身包含肯定与否定环节。
[Abstract]:Educational balance is the process of confirming the universal personality of educators and educational objects, which covers all aspects of education in practice. The initial allocation of teacher resources is the process of confirming the personality of educators. As an important intermediary of educational ethics system, school confirms the personality right of educatee. As an ethical entity, the educational system has its inherent requirements. The sharing of educational resources is a universal recognition of the personality of the educated, but this process is only a simple moral respect. The balanced allocation of educational resources is the further ethics of educational recognition personality. Equal education of vulnerable groups is the true realization of personality. Educational quality is the substantial realization of educational idea, which contains positive and negative links.
