家庭品格教育视域下的青少年道德社会化研究

【摘要】:品格是主体内在自觉自主的、持久稳固的道德倾向性,对个体的道德行为起着决定和支配的作用,个体的道德行为又体现其道德品格水平。个体品格培养的关键时期是在青少年时期,这一阶段良好道德品格的养成为其一生的道德社会化奠定坚实的基础。进入21世纪以来,我国青少年的道德发展水平,总体而言比较乐观。这表现在绝大多数青少年坚持社会主义核心价值观,具有远大的理想和奋斗的决心,道德修养也较高。与此同时,我们也看到当前的青少年因为各种复杂的原因面临着道德社会化的困境:家庭教育不当容易引起青少年的道德社会化问题;学校忽视品格教育使青少年的道德问题进一步加重;社会上的一些不良风气严重冲击青少年的健康成长;信息技术快速发展的弊端无时不刻在侵蚀着青少年的心灵等。在这些消极因素的冲击下,当前我国许多青少年陷入了道德社会化困境:道德知行脱节现象普遍;道德判断标准呈多重化倾向;重个人功利轻服务他人的价值取向;社会责任感淡漠,失德失范情况突出等。个体的社会化离不开社会环境而存在,其中,家庭是青少年道德社会化的最初机构,是培养青少年道德品格的摇篮。家庭教育特别是具体的品格教育在青少年品格养成过程中具有不可撼动的重要地位。家庭品格教育的初始性、贴近性、先赋性、潜在性、奠基性和延续性等特点决定了其对青少年的道德社会化发挥着关键性的作用。所以本研究试图在家庭品格教育视域下探析当前我国青少年道德社会化问题的可能性成因,主要有:家庭教育以智育为主,忽略德育;家庭德育重道德知识,忽视品格意志;家长处事知行脱节;家庭教养方式不当;家庭环境失谐失衡;家庭品格教育功能不断弱化。同时针对性的从家庭品格教育的视角探讨解决青少年道德社会化问题的对策:重视家庭品格教育,遵循青少年身心发展规律;塑造道德意志即道德践行力;家长要提高自身文化和道德修养并以身作则;形成良好教养方式;创设和谐家庭德育环境;唤醒和培育青少年的品格主体性;培养青少年的自我教育;建立家庭、学校、社会的品格教育伙伴关系。优化家庭品格教育,增强家庭品格教育的时效性,有利于培养新世纪青少年的道德品格,提高新青年的道德素质,有助于解决当前青少年群体在道德社会化过程中普遍存在的问题,助力推动青少年的健康全面发展;而且可以促进家庭的和谐团结,有利于现代性文明家庭的构建;不仅可以优化教育环境,更能为中华民族的现代化和伟大的复兴事业培育优秀的建设性人才。
[Abstract]:Character is a self-conscious moral tendency of the subject, which plays a decisive and dominating role in the moral behavior of the individual, and the moral behavior of the individual reflects its moral character level. The key period of individual character cultivation is in the adolescence, which lays a solid foundation for the moral socialization of his whole life. Since entering the 21 st century, the level of moral development of Chinese teenagers is generally optimistic. This is manifested in the great majority of young people adhering to socialist core values, with lofty ideals and determination to struggle, and higher moral accomplishment. At the same time, we also see that the current teenagers are facing the dilemma of moral socialization because of various complicated reasons: improper family education will easily lead to the moral socialization of young people; Neglecting character education in schools makes the moral problems of young people worse; some bad social atmosphere seriously impinges on the healthy growth of young people; the malpractice of the rapid development of information technology always erodes the mind of teenagers and so on. Under the impact of these negative factors, many young people in our country are in the dilemma of moral socialization at present: the phenomenon of moral disconnection is common, the moral judgment standard tends to be multi-fold, the value orientation of attaching importance to personal utilitarianism and serving others, and so on; The sense of social responsibility is indifferent and the situation of losing morality is prominent. The socialization of individual is inseparable from the social environment, among which, the family is the initial organization of the moral socialization of young people and the cradle of cultivating the moral character of young people. Family education, especially the specific character education, plays an important role in the process of youth character formation. The characteristics of family character education, such as initial, closeness, predisposition, potentiality, foundation and continuity, play a key role in the moral socialization of teenagers. Therefore, this study attempts to explore the possible causes of the moral socialization of young people in China from the perspective of family character education. The main reasons are as follows: family education mainly focuses on intellectual education, neglecting moral education, family moral education emphasizes moral knowledge, and neglects character will; Parents' disconnection between knowledge and practice; improper family upbringing; imbalance of family environment; weakening of family character education function. At the same time, from the perspective of family character education, this paper discusses the countermeasures to solve the problem of moral socialization of young people: attaching importance to family character education, following the law of the development of teenagers' body and mind, molding moral will, that is, the force of moral practice; Parents should improve their own culture and moral cultivation and set an example; form a good upbringing way; create a harmonious family moral education environment; awaken and cultivate the character subjectivity of young people; cultivate their self-education; establish a family, school, Social character education partnership. Optimizing family character education and enhancing the timeliness of family character education are helpful to cultivate the moral character of the young people in the new century and to improve the moral quality of the new youth. It is helpful to solve the problems existing in the process of moral socialization, to promote the healthy and comprehensive development of young people, to promote the harmony and unity of the family, and to help the construction of the modern civilized family. It can not only optimize the educational environment, but also cultivate excellent and constructive talents for the modernization and great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
