华中大学教育系科的发展及启示

【摘要】：华中大学教育系科经历了初期筹备、正式立案、西迁喜洲以及重返武汉四个阶段,具备以下特征:以培养基督教中学师资为主;课程设置面向实践,必、选修结合;教师队伍以外籍教师和留学生为主;生源和毕业生人数稳定;教学管理标准规范且严格;学生学术、实践、康乐活动多重结合;注重为基督教中学服务。华中大学教育系科的发展提供了以下启示:培养目标据三个生态圈调整,彰显特色;加强实践课程和环节的设置;吸纳优秀教师并注重提升其素养;强调学生多元素质的养成。
