走班选课背景下年级管理方式的变革

【摘要】:选择性课程体系的构建可以唤醒与发现每一位学生的需求,让每位学生拥有自主发展的内驱力。可选择性的课程必然带来教学组织形式的变革,全面的选课走班在调动学生学习主动性的同时,也迫使管理模式发生变革。由全体任课教师参与的"分布式领导"模式,以项目、主题、任务为主线,以体验—反思—分享—合作为常态,更有助于发挥每个成员组织与管理的创造性。随着课程改革的深入推进,课程与管理变革也带来了全新的学校生态,为此必须建立科学健全的、促进每个学生自主发展的课程评价体系,构建过程性评价与阶段性诊断系统,确保整个育人模式在完整的课程链条上实施。
[Abstract]:The construction of the selective curriculum system can awaken and discover the needs of each student and enable each student to have the drive of self-development. The optional course will inevitably bring about the reform of the teaching organization form. The comprehensive selective class selection not only arouses the students' learning initiative, but also forces the management mode to change. The model of "distributed leadership", which involves all the teachers, takes the project, theme and task as the main line, and takes experience-reflexion-sharing and cooperation as the norm, which is helpful to bring into play the creativity of each member organization and management. With the deepening of curriculum reform, the reform of curriculum and management has also brought a new school ecology. Therefore, it is necessary to establish a scientific and sound curriculum evaluation system to promote the independent development of each student, and to build a process evaluation and stage diagnosis system. Ensure that the entire education model is implemented on the full curriculum chain.
