浅谈中小学教师继续教育工作存在的问题及对策

【摘要】:实施中小学教师继续教育工程,是全面提高教师素质的一项战略性措施,是基础教育课程改革顺利推进的根本保证。中小学教师的继续教育工作对于加强中小学教师队伍建设意义重大,为教师队伍整体素质的提高提供了发展平台和智力保障。但在当前的继续教育培训中,却存在单位推荐培训人员缺乏合理性、受训教师积极性不高、教师培训负担重、培训经费不足、培训内容方式与预期效果不一致、培训机构建设仍较薄弱等问题,影响到继续教育培训工作的效率。本文分析当前中小学教师继续教育培训中存在的问题,并针对这些问题提出相应的对策。
[Abstract]:It is a strategic measure to improve teachers' quality in an all-round way to carry out the project of continuing education for primary and middle school teachers. It is also the fundamental guarantee for the reform of basic education curriculum to advance smoothly. The continuing education of teachers in primary and secondary schools is of great significance to strengthen the construction of teachers in primary and secondary schools, and provides a development platform and intellectual guarantee for the improvement of the overall quality of teachers. However, in the current training of continuing education, there is a lack of rationality of the personnel recommended by the unit, the enthusiasm of the trained teachers is not high, the teachers' training burden is heavy, the training funds are insufficient, and the training contents are not consistent with the expected results. The construction of training institutions is still weak, which affects the efficiency of continuing education and training. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the continuing education and training of primary and secondary school teachers, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures to these problems.
