德国实科中学:为学生提供个性化职业预备教育

【摘要】：德国实科中学作为一种知识学习与技能培养并重的学校类型,其职业指导是一种"职业预备教育",能够为筛选、输送各类型人才提供入口通道。德国巴登符腾堡州实科中学职业指导的实施包括设置主修课程组,引导学生明确职业方向;对学生进行潜力分析,为其提供有针对性的指导;形成以学校为中心、各合作机构参与的职业指导体系;以主题项目为基础实施职业指导;开展"车间工作日"等特色实践活动保障指导成效。
[Abstract]:As a kind of school type with equal emphasis on knowledge learning and skill training, the vocational guidance of German practical secondary school is a kind of "vocational preparatory education", which can provide entrance channels for selecting and transporting all kinds of talents. The implementation of vocational guidance in practical secondary schools in Baden W 眉 rttemberg, Germany includes setting up a major course group, guiding students to make clear their career direction, analyzing the students' potential, and providing targeted guidance for them. To form a vocational guidance system centered on schools and the participation of various cooperative agencies; to implement vocational guidance based on thematic projects; to carry out "workshop working days" and other characteristic practical activities to ensure the effectiveness of guidance.
