亚美尼亚劳动力市场高等教育毕业生就业能力的性别差异

随着人们认识到妇女在社会中的作用的重要性,人们越来越关注与性别不平等有关的问题。这个问题已经成为全球性问题,深刻影响着发展中国家和发达国家的经济和社会发展。由于研究领域广泛,性别不平等有多种解释。因此,本研究的关注点在于亚美尼亚劳动力市场上高等教育毕业生中存在的性别不平等问题。作为一个不超过30年前获得独立的发展中国家,亚美尼亚的高等教育毕业生在劳动力市场中面临着性别不平等方面的多种挑战。为了应对全球发生的全球变化,亚美尼亚决策者也承认性别平衡在劳动力市场中的重要作用,主要是指高等教育毕业生。因此,本研究的目的是研究亚美尼亚劳动力市场上性别分布的现状,尤其是亚美尼亚劳动力市场上男女高等教育毕业生的比例,以及他们将其学历用于职业的可能性,他们倾向于选择男性/女性工作的倾向,以及男性和女性高等教育毕业生对亚美尼亚劳动力市场性别不平等的看法和信念。本研究采用调查形式的定量方法,旨在成功实现本研究的研究目标。代表性样本数量为300名高等教育毕业生,他们的学士学位或同等学历毕业不超过五年,并且没有继续攻读更高学位。定量数据是由E-Questionnai re(使用Google表单的在线版本)收集...
