非正式学习共同体知识共享机制研究

【摘要】:21世纪是知识经济的时代,很多人把学习看作提升生活质量和实现个人价值的终身追求,终身学习也已成为一个国家、一个组织、一个团体、个人知识更新和创新能力提升的法宝。非正式学习是终身学习的一部分,没有非正式学习形式,终身学习就不可能得以实现。非正式学习的兴起,推动了非正式学习共同体的诞生。在非正式学习共同体内,学习者之问的经验、情感、知识(特别是隐性知识)等的共享,对学习者的发展十分重要。非正式学习共同体的成功与否,与整个共同体内的知识共享程度紧密相关。然而,能够实现共享知识和经验,真正对学习者起到不可或缺的发展作用的非式学习共同体还不多。对非正式学习共同体知识共享机制进行研究,具有重要的理论意义和现实价值。 本文研究遵循“理论研究——过程研究——机制设计——机制实现”的基本思路,除第1章“绪论”及第6章“总结与展望”外,本文主体共分为4章。 第2章:非正式学习共同体知识共享的研究基础。通过对非正式学习与学习共同体相关内涵的梳理,分析了非正式学习共同体的含义、要素、特点、成因,对非正式学习共同体的理论基础进行了介绍,包括社会建构主义、情境认知理论、群体动力理论、交往行为理论、合作学习理论。同时,还探讨了知识共享的含义、特点、类型、模式等方面的理论知识。 第3章:非正式学习共同体知识共享过程的研究。在合理界定非正式学习共同体知识共享概念的基础上,分析了非正式学习共同体知识共享的类型、特点和要素;将非正式学习共同体知识共享模型划分为三种类型:个体——个体模式、个体——共同体模式、共同体——个体模式;非正式学习共同体知识共享过程分为四个阶段:知识寻找、知识提供、知识传递、知识吸收;探讨了在知识共享过程中面临的风险,最后从主体、客体、情境和手段等四个方面分析了非正式学习共同体知识共享的影响因素。 第4章:非正式学习共同体知识共享机制设计。非正式学习共同体知识共享机制是实现非正式学习共同体成员知识共享的内在方式和途径。非正式学习共同体知识共享机制的设计应遵循以学习者为中心、以发展为目标、以资源为基础、以开放为导向、以平等为保证等原则。非正式学习共同体知识共享机制可分为五个子机制,包括技术机制、信任机制、激励机制、组织机制和文化机制,并对五个子机制的内容进行了具体的设计。 第5章:非正式学习共同体知识共享机制的实现策略。在明确非正式学习共同体知识共享机制的实现目标和实现原则的基础上,详细研究了非正式学习共同体知识共享的五个子机制的实现策略。实现非正式学习共同体知识共享技术机制的措施包括建设人本化知识共享平台、综合应用知识共享技术和提升参与者信息素养;实现非正式学习共同体知识共享信任机制的措施包括合理评估选择成员、建立约束规范机制、完善通畅沟通渠道、建立成员信誉机制、完善知识产权策略、建立利益分配机制;实现非正式学习共同体知识共享激励机制的措施包括强化内在激励机制、完善外在激励机制、辅以负激励手段;实现非正式学习共同体知识共享组织机制的措施包括优化学习环境、建立学习小组、完善学习机制、丰富知识网络、协调成员关系;实现非正式学习共同体知识共享文化机制的措施包括培育价值体系、塑造共同愿景、增强合作意愿、营造归属感和健全制度文化。
[Abstract]:The 21st century is the era of knowledge economy , many people regard learning as the lifelong pursuit of improving the quality of life and realizing the personal value . The lifelong learning has become a part of lifelong learning . The development of the informal learning community is very important . The success of the informal learning community promotes the birth of the informal learning community . However , the non - formal learning community that can realize the sharing of knowledge and experience and truly plays an indispensable role in the learner is not much . It has important theoretical significance and practical value for the study of the knowledge sharing mechanism of the informal learning community .

In this paper , we study the basic idea of " theory research _ process research _ mechanism design _ mechanism realization " . In addition to Chapter 1 " Introduction " and Chapter 6 " Summary and Outlook " , the main body of this paper is divided into four chapters .

Chapter 2 : On the basis of knowledge sharing in the informal learning community , this paper analyzes the meaning , elements , characteristics and causes of the informal learning community , and introduces the theoretical foundation of the informal learning community , including social constructionism , situational awareness theory , group dynamics theory , communication behavior theory and cooperative learning theory . At the same time , the theory knowledge of the meaning , characteristics , types and patterns of knowledge sharing is also discussed .

Chapter 3 : The study of the process of knowledge sharing in the informal learning community . On the basis of reasonably defining the concept of knowledge sharing in the informal learning community , the paper analyzes the types , characteristics and elements of knowledge sharing in the informal learning community ;
The informal learning community knowledge sharing model is divided into three types : individual _ individual mode , individual _ community mode , community _ individual mode ;
The process of knowledge sharing in informal learning community is divided into four stages : knowledge search , knowledge delivery , knowledge transfer and knowledge absorption ;
This paper discusses the risk faced during the process of knowledge sharing , and analyzes the influence factors of knowledge sharing in informal learning community from four aspects : subject , object , situation and means .

Chapter 4 : The informal learning community knowledge sharing mechanism is designed . The informal learning community knowledge sharing mechanism is the inner way and way to realize the knowledge sharing of the members of the informal learning community . The design of the informal learning community knowledge sharing mechanism should follow the principles of learner - centered , development - oriented , resource - based , open - oriented and equal . The informal learning community knowledge sharing mechanism can be divided into five sub - mechanisms , including technical mechanism , trust mechanism , incentive mechanism , organizational mechanism and cultural mechanism , and the contents of the five sub - mechanisms are designed .

Chapter 5 : The implementation strategy of the knowledge sharing mechanism of the informal learning community . On the basis of the realization goal and the realization principle of the knowledge sharing mechanism of the informal learning community , the implementation strategies of the five sub - mechanisms of the informal learning community knowledge sharing are discussed in detail . The measures to realize the knowledge sharing technology mechanism of the informal learning community include the construction of the knowledge sharing platform , the comprehensive application of knowledge sharing technology and the promotion of the information literacy of the participants ;
The measures to realize the informal learning community ' s knowledge sharing trust mechanism include reasonable assessment of selection members , establishment of constraint specification mechanism , perfect communication channel , establishment of member reputation mechanism , perfect intellectual property rights strategy and establishment of profit distribution mechanism ;
The measures to realize the incentive mechanism of knowledge sharing in the informal learning community include strengthening the internal incentive mechanism , perfecting the external incentive mechanism and supplemented with negative incentives ;
The measures to realize the informal learning community knowledge sharing organization mechanism include optimizing the learning environment , establishing the learning group , perfecting the learning mechanism , enriching the knowledge network and coordinating the membership ;
Measures to achieve the knowledge - sharing cultural mechanism of the informal learning community include the cultivation of the value system , shaping the common vision , enhancing the will of cooperation , creating a sense of belonging and strengthening the culture of the system .
