对新疆喀什地区艺术教育现状的调查研究

【摘要】：目前,边疆地区义务教育阶段艺术课程的改革已引起边疆高等学校对艺术教育师资培养模式的思考。喀什师范学院艺术系对喀什地区艺术教育现状的调查得出如下结论:艺术教育硬件配套建设已趋完善;艺术教师职业认可度相比别的学科教师差,艺术学科与其它学科相比认可度也差;艺术课程改革还没能解决目前教师与学生的困惑,艺术课程改革落实的内部和外部条件没有形成合力,艺术教育良好氛围没有形成,有待课改持续推进。相应策略是:1、政策层面,有关教育部门的重心应从硬件的配套建设转向艺术师资的地位改善提高上来;2、院系层面,改变艺术专业人才的培养模式,把提高艺术教师职业认同感放在艺术教育的首位;3、艺术教师教育专业学生,要把艺术教师教育专业作为自己的事业来做;4、作为公民(家长)要转变传统教育观念,正确对待艺术教育。
[Abstract]:At present, the reform of the art curriculum in the compulsory education stage in the borderland has aroused the thinking of the art education teacher training mode in the frontier colleges and universities. The investigation on the present situation of art education in Kashi by the Art Department of Kashgar normal University has drawn the following conclusions: the hardware supporting construction of art education has become more perfect, and the professional acceptance of art teachers is worse than that of other subjects. The art curriculum reform has not yet solved the puzzles of teachers and students, the internal and external conditions for the implementation of the art curriculum reform have not formed a joint force, and a good atmosphere for art education has not been formed. To be continued to promote the curriculum reform. The corresponding strategy is: 1, at the policy level, the focus of the relevant education departments should shift from the supporting construction of hardware to the improvement of the status of art teachers. At the level of colleges and departments, we should change the training mode of art professionals. To improve the professional identity of art teachers is the first priority in art education. Students majoring in art teachers' education should take the specialty of art teachers' education as their own cause and change their traditional educational concepts as citizens (parents). Correct approach to art education.
