苏霍姆林斯基论教师职业幸福

【摘要】：正幸福是人生的主题,只有感到幸福的人,其人生才是快乐和阳光的。作为教师,同样享有幸福的权利,而且教师的幸福在一定程度上也影响着学生的幸福。然而,研究显示,教师的职业生活状态不容乐观,教师的幸福在逐步失落[1]。为此,笔者从教师角度研究、分析了苏霍姆林斯基关于教师职业幸福的教育思想,以期为我国教师职业幸福的重建提供借鉴。
[Abstract]:Positive happiness is the theme of life, only happy people, its life is happy and sunny. As teachers, they also enjoy the right to happiness, and the happiness of teachers also affects the happiness of students to some extent. However, research shows that teachers' professional life state is not optimistic, and teachers' happiness is gradually lost [1]. Therefore, the author analyzes Suhomlinski's educational thoughts on teachers' professional happiness from the perspective of teachers, in order to provide reference for the reconstruction of teachers' professional happiness in China.
