近视高中生的人格特征及心理状况研究

【摘要】:目的了解近视高中生的人格特征及心理健康状况,以有针对性地帮助其解决心理问题,指导其用眼卫生。方法根据2010年开滦一中和开滦二中高中一年级学生健康体检结果,选取近视学生143例为近视组;同时选取视力正常学生143例为对照组。采用自行设计的调查表调查学生一般人口学资料及视力情况;根据艾森克人格问卷各量表得分判定其人格类型;采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)判定其心理问题严重程度。结果两组人格构成比较,差异有统计学意义(χ2=8.53,P0.05);对照组以性格外向型人格居多(77/143,53.8%),近视组以神经质型人格居多(73/143,51.0%)。近视组SCL-90总均分、阳性项目均分及阳性项目数均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。近视组各因子得分均高于对照组,除躯体化以外差异均有统计学意义(P0.05)。近视组各因子得分≥3分学生例数均多于对照组,但只有抑郁差异有统计学意义(P0.05),余比较差异均无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论近视高中生以神经质型人格居多,心理问题较视力正常学生严重,尤以抑郁情绪较为突出,应该根据近视学生的人格特征及心理特点进行正确引导,为其消除疑惑,创造一个良好的生活和学习环境。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the personality characteristics and mental health of myopic high school students, to help them solve psychological problems and to guide them to use eye hygiene. Methods according to the results of physical examination of first grade students in Kailuan No. 1 Middle School and Kailuan No. 2 Middle School in 2010, 143 myopic students were selected as myopia group and 143 normal vision students as control group. The self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate the general demographic data and visual acuity of the students; the personality types were determined according to the scores of Eysenck Personality questionnaire; and the severity of psychological problems was assessed by the symptom Checklist (SCL-90). Results there was significant difference in personality composition between the two groups (蠂 2 / 8.53 P 0.05), whereas in the control group, the personality was extroverted (77%, 143%, 53.8%), and the most neurotic personality was in the myopia group (73 / 143, 51.0%). The total mean score of SCL-90, the average score of positive items and the number of positive items in myopia group were higher than those in control group, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). The scores of all factors in myopia group were higher than those in control group, except somatization, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05).
