中华基督教教育会与西方公共考试制度的引介与实践

【摘要】：科举制废除之后,中国考试方式暂时出现真空,中国基督教教育会利用自身覆盖全国的地方教育会网络,将自晚清以来热议的公共考试理念变成现实,其中尤以华西、华中、福建地区最为突出。然在内部理念分歧与外部民族主义双重压力之下,最终中止。在长达二十年的实践中,他们不断积累的经验与教训,不仅为当时的中国教育,也为后来者提供借鉴。
[Abstract]:After the abolition of the imperial examination system, there was a temporary vacuum in the way of examination in China. The Chinese Christian Education Association made use of its network of local educational associations covering the whole country to turn into reality the popular idea of public examination that has been debated since the late Qing Dynasty, especially in West China and Central China. Fujian is the most prominent area. However, under the pressure of internal differences of ideas and external nationalism, the final suspension. In practice for twenty years, their accumulated experience and lessons not only provided reference for Chinese education at that time, but also for latecomers.
