新课程政策软性部分执行问题及出路

【摘要】：课程政策中存在硬性与软性部分,前者的执行相对容易,而后者的执行与监督就难于保证。新课程政策中的软性部分没有统一的执行标准,而且它们也恰好是教师们容易抵制的部分。在未来的新课程政策实施过程中,应重点关注后续政策中软性部分的制定、政策工具的选择以及学校层面的课程实施。
[Abstract]:There are hard and soft parts in curriculum policy, the former is relatively easy to execute, while the latter is difficult to guarantee. The soft parts of the new curriculum policy have no uniform implementation standards, and they are also easily resisted by teachers. In the course of the implementation of the new curriculum policy in the future, we should focus on the soft part of the follow-up policy, the choice of policy tools and the implementation of the curriculum at the school level.
