团体干预对提高示范性高中学生社会支持的效果研究

【摘要】:正社会支持是个体从环境及他人所获得的物质或精神帮助以及对这些帮助的感知、体验和利用程度。近年来,大量的研究表明,社会支持有益于维护和提高心理健康水平,使不良的身心症状得到显著改善。张向葵等人的研究表明,社会支持可以缓解高中生高考时的压力感;赵建平、葛操的研究发现,社会支持对中学生的心理健康有显著影响,主观支持对心理健康的可解释量最大。笔者在实践工作中也发现,面对同样的困惑或紧张的情境,如重要考试,有些高中生能应付自如,有些则会产生心理问题,甚至心理疾病。因
[Abstract]:Positive social support is the material or spiritual help that an individual receives from the environment and others, and the perception, experience, and use of such help. In recent years, a large number of studies have shown that social support is beneficial to the maintenance and improvement of mental health, resulting in significant improvement of poor physical and mental symptoms. The research by Zhang Sunflower and others shows that social support can relieve the stress of the senior high school students in the college entrance examination. Zhao Jianping and GE Cao found that social support has a significant effect on the mental health of middle school students, and subjective support has the greatest explanation for mental health. In my practical work, I also found that in the face of the same confused or tense situation, such as important examinations, some high school students can handle well, some will produce psychological problems, and even psychological illness.
