教师教学控制的必要性及其限度

【摘要】：在新课程背景下,教学控制应有新的、合理的定位。教学控制是教师为了保证教学活动有序、有效进行而对教学各因素进行的最低限度的把控。与教学管理相比,教学控制是一种边界控制(或底线控制),是一种刚性调节,是教学的必然诉求。在教学中,教学控制之所以必要,是由学生发展的不自觉性和多向性、教学的系统特性、教学的目的性和计划性以及学生的社会化需求和教学的群体性等特征决定的。但是,教学控制也需要把握好一定的限度,防止对教学和学生产生不良影响。教师运用教学控制,应注意教学控制不能成为教学的目的,不超越教学事件的范围,不限制学生的主体性,不阻断教学进程,不被学生明显感知,更不能对学生造成身心伤害。
[Abstract]:In the context of the new curriculum, teaching control should be new and reasonable positioning. Teaching control is the minimum control of teaching factors in order to ensure the orderly and effective teaching activities. Compared with teaching management, teaching control is a kind of boundary control (or bottom line control), a kind of rigid regulation, and an inevitable demand of teaching. In teaching, the reason why teaching control is necessary is determined by the unconsciousness and multidirectivity of students' development, the systematic characteristics of teaching, the purpose and plan of teaching, the socialized needs of students and the group of teaching. However, teaching control also needs to grasp certain limits to prevent adverse effects on teaching and students. In the use of teaching control, teachers should pay attention to the fact that teaching control cannot become the purpose of teaching, does not exceed the scope of teaching events, does not limit the subjectivity of students, does not block the teaching process, is not perceived by students obviously, and does not cause physical and mental harm to students.
