论学生素质发展评价的个性化理念

【摘要】:学生素质发展评价是指借助于科学的手段收集全面的信息,对学生的素质发展的水平、特征和进程进行评判,是为促进学生的素质发展提供依据的过程。其基本理念之一是个性化理念。这一理念的基本依据有:个人发展的规律;和谐社会的理想。这一理念的基本体现有:注重评估个体的素质发展潜能;注重评估对个性化素质发展目标的达成程度;注重评估素质发展的个性化进程;注重评估学生素质发展的个别差异。实现这一理念的关键途径有:加强素质的个性化发展的相关研究;建立自主评价机制;建设注重素质个性化发展的评价文化。
[Abstract]:The evaluation of students' quality development means to collect comprehensive information by scientific means, to judge the level, characteristics and process of students' quality development, and to provide the basis for promoting the development of students' quality. One of its basic ideas is the idea of individuation. The basic basis of this idea is: the law of individual development; the ideal of harmonious society. The basic embodiment of this idea is as follows: pay attention to evaluating the potential of individual quality development; pay attention to evaluating the degree of achievement of individualized quality development goal; pay attention to evaluating the individualized process of quality development; pay attention to evaluating the individual differences of students' quality development. The key ways to realize this idea are as follows: to strengthen the relevant research on the individualized development of quality; to establish the independent evaluation mechanism; to build the evaluation culture that pays attention to the development of individualized quality.
