不同应对方式中的中职生心理健康状况比较研究

【摘要】:本研究采用问卷调查法,选取昆明市第二职业中专307名中职生作为研究对象,,以SCL-90和应对方式量表为研究工具,研究不同应对方式对中职生心理健康的影响。得出如下结果: 1.中职生在一般情境下的应对方式频率的使用依次是解决问题、求助、幻想、退避、合理化、自责。 2.中职生应对方式在年级上存在显著差异,主要表现为解决问题。高一年级比高二年级更多的使用解决问题的对方式;中职生应对方式在性别上差异不显著,但男生比女生更多使用解决问题、自责、退避、合理化的应对方式。 3.中职生应对方式在是否是班委上的差异主要表现为幻想和合理化。其他因子中,除了自责一个因子不存在差异,其余均存在差异。不是班委的学生比是班委的学生更多地使用幻想和合理化这两种应对方式。 4.中职生SCL-90的各因子得分及总分均高于国内正常人常模,且差异极其显著,排前三位的因子是强迫症状、敌对、人际关系敏感。在中职生群体中,男生总体心理健康水平要优于女生。 5.中职生解决问题、求助两种应对方式和心理健康各因子及总均分为负相关外,其余均为正相关。多使用解决问题和求助的应对方式,心理健康水平越高;多使用自责、幻想、合理化的应对方式,心理健康水平越低。六种应对方式中除了退避以外,都对心理健康水平有预测作用。其中,自责对心理健康水平的预测作用最强。
[Abstract]:In this study, 307 secondary vocational students in the second vocational secondary school in Kunming were investigated by questionnaire, and the effects of different coping styles on mental health of secondary vocational school students were studied with SCL-90 and coping style scale as the research tools. The results are as follows: 1. The frequency of coping style of secondary vocational students in general situation is problem solving, seeking help, fantasy, retreat, rationalization, self-accusation. 2. There are significant differences in coping styles of secondary vocational school students in grade, mainly for solving problems. The students of secondary vocational school had no significant difference in coping styles, but boys were more likely to use problem-solving, self-reproach, avoidance and rationalization than girls. 3. The difference between secondary vocational school students' coping style and class committee is mainly fantasy and rationalization. Among the other factors, there were no differences except for one factor of self-blame, but there were differences among the other factors. Students who are not committee members use fantasy and rationalization more than class committee students. 4. The scores and total scores of SCL-90 of secondary vocational school students were higher than that of normal people in China, and the difference was extremely significant. The top three factors were obsessive-compulsive symptoms, hostility and interpersonal sensitivity. In secondary vocational school students, the overall mental health level of male students is better than that of female students. 5. The secondary vocational students' problem solving, seeking help and mental health factors were negatively correlated, while the others were positively correlated. The higher the level of mental health is, and the lower the level of mental health is, the lower the level of mental health is if the coping style of self-accusation, fantasy and rationalization is used more frequently. All of the six coping styles have predictive effect on mental health except avoidance. Among them, self-blame has the strongest effect on predicting mental health level.
