中职学生幸福感调查与研究

【摘要】:在当今的教育体制中,中职学校学生是一批比较特殊的学生群体,与高中生不同,他们中大部分人是因为学习能力和学习水平的不同而被分流到职业学校,因此他们的幸福感会与高中生有明显的不同。尤其是在经济和文化比较发达的21世纪的今天,独生子女占大部分,青少年的成长环境比较优越,学生的自我中心的意识比较强,不会分享和合作;同时因为家庭特点、城乡差距和贫富分化等因素存在比较明显的不同,学生群体里也会有明显的等级分化,这些对学生的心理影响都不可忽视。研究中职学生的幸福感,找到幸福感低的原因和心理问题存在的因素,可以找到相应的改善措施,以便于提高中职生的幸福感和学生心理素质。本文主要以研究中职生的幸福感情况为目的,采用问卷的方法和与学生进行访谈的方法。研究对象是山东省招远市2所中职学校共400名学生,对他们进行问卷调查。通过对学生的性别、学习成绩和与父母关系、与教师关系等因素进行调查。从调查结果可以看出,中职学生的幸福感受多方面影响而呈现一些负面的幸福感发展趋势,必须对中职生进行适当的帮助和改善以提高他们的幸福感。不仅应该从学生的心理方面进行疏导,,更应该从客观方面的多种因素着手,进行调整和改进,增加必要的社会支持、心理辅导和生活和就业保障,提高学生的幸福感。
[Abstract]:In today's educational system, secondary vocational school students are a special group of students. Unlike high school students, most of them are diverted to vocational schools because of their different learning abilities and levels. As a result, their happiness will be significantly different from that of high school students. Especially in the economic and cultural development of the 21st century, only children account for the majority, the growth environment of teenagers is superior, students have a strong sense of self-centeredness, they will not share and cooperate; At the same time, because of the family characteristics, the gap between urban and rural areas and the gap between the rich and the poor, there are obvious differences, and there will also be obvious grade differentiation in the student group, which can not be ignored. In order to improve the well-being and psychological quality of the secondary vocational school students, we can find out the causes of the low well-being and the factors of psychological problems, and find the corresponding improvement measures to improve the well-being of the secondary vocational school students and the psychological quality of the students. The purpose of this paper is to study the well-being of secondary vocational students, using the method of questionnaire and interview with students. A questionnaire survey was conducted among 400 students from 2 secondary vocational schools in Zhaoyuan City, Shandong Province. The gender, achievement and relationship with parents, teachers and other factors were investigated. It can be seen from the results of the survey that there are some negative trends in the development of well-being of secondary vocational school students due to the multiple influences of their happiness feelings, and it is necessary to help and improve the students in order to improve their well-being. Not only from the psychological aspects of students, but also from the objective aspects of a variety of factors to adjust and improve, increase the necessary social support, psychological counseling and life and employment security, improve the well-being of students.
