教师人格魅力与教学效力相互转化的“交心机制”研究

【摘要】:作为一名现代的教育工作者,我们要时刻铭记教育的终极目标,即发展人,完善人。在校教育,不仅要求教师要传授学生知识,更重要的是塑造学生的人格。古今中外的教育家也一致认为:只有教师拥有了完美的人格才会对学生形成强有力的影响。我们可以这样讲,社会中无论哪一种规章制度,无论哪一种机关单位,无论设想有多么巧妙,都不能代替在教育教学中教师人格的巨大作用。在新课程理念的影响下,教师不仅要关注有效教学的各种因素,设身处地把自己的人格魅力转化为有效的教学力量;同时,也应关注教学效力对教师人格的影响,以进一步完善自己的人格,做到教学相长。因此,教师人格与教学效力的转化问题有待于我们新世纪的教师继续探讨。 本课题的研究内容主要着眼于对教师人格魅力与教学效力相互转化的“交心机制”的研究:第一部分,通过整理以往文献,调查问卷及访谈内容,对现阶段研究进行综述分析,提出有意义的研究论题。第二部分,探究教师人格魅力与教学效力相互转化的问题。主要探究教师人格转化为教学效力和教学效力转化为教师人格的理论建构及在教育教学实际中的表现。第三部分,从实证的角度,通过实际的教学案例,探讨教师人格魅力与教学效力相互转化的“交心机制”的内在机制和具体途径。教师人格魅力与教学效力转化的“交心机制”的内在机制包括:教师以完美人格吸引学生,使学生亲其师,信其道;教师以完美人格教化学生,使学生敬其师,乐其道;教师以完美人格示范学生,使学生近其师,学其道;教师以完美人格征服学生,使师生相濡以沫,共享其道。教师人格魅力与教学效力相互转化的“交心机制”的具体途径包括:教师以博大的爱心感染学生,教师以无悔的耐心教诲学生,教师以如丝的细心体悟学生,教师以坚定的恒心鼓舞学生,教师以深广的慧心陶冶学生,以实现师生民主平等地相处,真诚融洽地对话,以实现教学相长。 探究本课题的最终目的是,使教师把教师人格的力量应用于教学,使其成为有效的教学力量。在实际教学中教师应重新审视自己的位置,走下讲台,与学生做朋友;深入了解学生,用“心”对待学生,建立良好的师生关系;并能够正确处理师生间的矛盾冲突。在进一步提高有效教学的过程中逐步彰显和完善自身的人格魅力。
[Abstract]:As a modern educator, we should always keep in mind the ultimate goal of education, that is, to develop and perfect people. School education requires not only teachers to impart students' knowledge, but also to shape students' personality. Educators at all times and all over the world agree that only a teacher with a perfect personality will have a strong influence on students. We can say that no matter what kind of rules and regulations in society, no matter what kind of organization, no matter how ingenious the assumption, can not replace the great role of teacher's personality in education and teaching. Under the influence of the new curriculum concept, teachers should not only pay attention to various factors of effective teaching, but also put their personality charm into effective teaching power. At the same time, we should also pay attention to the influence of teaching effectiveness on teachers' personality in order to further improve their personality and achieve mutual teaching. Therefore, the transformation of teachers' personality and teaching effectiveness needs to be discussed by teachers in the new century. The research content of this subject is mainly focused on the research of the mutual transformation of teachers' personality charm and teaching effectiveness. The first part, through sorting out the previous literature, questionnaire and interviews, summarizes and analyzes the current research. Put forward the meaningful research topic. The second part explores the mutual transformation of teachers' personality charm and teaching effectiveness. This paper mainly probes into the theoretical construction of the transformation of teacher's personality into teaching effectiveness and teaching effect into teacher's personality and its performance in the practice of education and teaching. The third part, from the empirical point of view, through the actual teaching cases, to explore the teachers' personality charm and teaching effectiveness of the mutual transformation of the "heart mechanism" internal mechanism and specific ways. The internal mechanism of the transformation of teachers' personality charm and teaching effectiveness includes: teachers attract students with perfect personality, make students kiss their teachers and trust their ways, teachers enlighten students with perfect personality, make students respect their teachers and enjoy the way of learning; Teachers demonstrate students with perfect personality, make students close to their teachers and learn the Tao; teachers conquer students with perfect personality and make teachers and students share their ways. The specific ways of the mutual transformation of teachers' personality charm and teaching effectiveness include: teachers infect students with great love, teachers teach students with unrepentant patience, and teachers understand students with meticulous understanding. Teachers encourage students with firm perseverance, teachers cultivate students with profound wisdom, in order to achieve democracy and equality between teachers and students, sincere and harmonious dialogue, in order to achieve mutual learning. The ultimate purpose of this research is to make teachers apply the strength of teacher's personality to teaching and make it an effective teaching force. In actual teaching, teachers should re-examine their position, step down from the platform and make friends with students; deeply understand students, treat students with "heart", and establish good teacher-student relations; and be able to correctly handle conflicts between teachers and students. In the further improvement of effective teaching process, gradually show and improve their own personality charm.
