国际化视野下的MOOC发展现状与策略

【摘要】：MOOC于2012年兴起并迅速发展。它为学习者提供了更优质也更便利的网络课程,有助于人们接受更高水平的教育,同时,它也是展示一个国家教育软实力建设的重要载体。为增强我国在MOOC中的国家话语权和国际影响力,我们要主动推出自己的MOOC精品课程,并通过加强交流与合作来影响和推进中国的MOOC建设。
[Abstract]:MOOC rose in 2012 and grew rapidly. It provides better and more convenient online courses for learners and helps people to receive higher level of education. At the same time, it is an important carrier to show the construction of a country's educational soft power. In order to strengthen our country's right of speech and international influence in MOOC, we should proactively launch our own excellent courses of MOOC and influence and promote the construction of MOOC in China through strengthening communication and cooperation.
