【摘要】：正众所周知,义务教育一直是中国教育改革和发展的重点。它是提升国民素质的基础,实现社会公平的起点。而实现国家的义务教育均衡发展是重中之重。然而,义务教育的均衡发展打的是长期战,持续、有效的调节才是解决的关键。而人们必须认识到,推进义务教育均衡发展与实现教育的普及相比更加艰巨、复杂。然而,我国的现实却是义务教育的普及性仅存在于大部分的区域,还是有少数贫困地区和边远地区甚至连教育都是奢望,更不要提义务。义务教育身为国家经济发展水平和文化程度发展
[Abstract]:As we all know, compulsory education has always been the focus of education reform and development in China. It is the foundation of improving national quality and the starting point of social equity. It is the most important to realize the balanced development of compulsory education in our country. However, the balanced development of compulsory education is a long-term war, continuous, effective regulation is the key to solve. People must realize that it is more difficult and complicated to promote the balanced development of compulsory education than to realize the popularization of education. However, the reality of our country is that the popularization of compulsory education only exists in most regions, there are still a few poor areas and remote areas, even education is extravagant, not to mention obligations.
