教师与应试教育:从冲突走向和解

【摘要】：教师看似应试教育中施暴者,但实际上却是受害者,他们的教育理想和信念均受制于应试教育,因而教师和应试教育之间存在着明显的冲突。但冲突背后,教师的个人利益却也依赖于应试教育,并且受人情社会的影响,应试教育在某种程度上还成了维护教师利益的一个无奈选择。因此,教师和应试教育之间存在着和解的可能。和解的实现,既需要教师顺应学生应试的需求,从而为素质教育的实施赢得一定的空间;更重要的是,需要高考提升命题技术和改进阅卷工作,以限制应试技巧作用的发挥,迫使学生用真实能力来获得分数,从而使应试变得科学合理,让应试教育走上正轨。
[Abstract]:Teachers seem to be perpetrators of examination-oriented education, but in fact, they are victims, their educational ideals and beliefs are subject to exam-oriented education, so there is an obvious conflict between teachers and examination-oriented education, but behind the conflict. The personal interests of teachers also depend on examination-oriented education, and by the influence of human society, exam-oriented education has become a helpless choice to safeguard the interests of teachers to some extent. There is a possibility of reconciliation between teachers and exam-oriented education. The realization of reconciliation not only requires teachers to conform to the needs of students, so as to win a certain space for the implementation of quality-oriented education. More importantly, it is necessary to improve the examination test technology and improve the examination paper, in order to limit the role of exam skills, force students to use real ability to get scores, so that the examination becomes scientific and reasonable. Put examination-oriented education on the right track.

【正文快照】： 在应试教育当中,考试是引导学校管理、教师教学、学生学习等一系列行动的“指挥棒”。这一强大的指挥效应使得原本以促进人的全面发展为目的的教育被异化,教书育人的过程被窄化为“教书”乃至“教考试要考的书”,“满堂灌输”“题海战术”等简单针对考试的教学手段屡见不鲜。
