【摘要】:《推进共建"一带一路"教育行动》提出将"教育行动五通"作为基础性举措,开展教育互联互通。绝大部分"一带一路"战略沿线国家已经或准备实施国家资格框架(NQF)。全面沟通和对接"一带一路"沿线国家资格框架,要以建立跨国基准框架为基本途径,统筹整合资格框架设计、资格等级体系、学分积累与转换体系和质量保障体系,从而对接沿线国家教育标准和市场标准,促进跨国人才流动。
