构建现代新型师生关系的哲学思考

【摘要】：师生关系是学校教育中最基本、最核心的人际关系,直接影响教育目的的实现和教学质量提高。当前师生关系的本真常常被遮蔽,出现功利化、冷漠化等扭曲和变异,亟需汲取中华优秀传统文化尤其是孔子的教育思想之丰厚营养,以谦逊赢得尊重,以欣赏树立信心,以真诚换取信任,以付出铸就依赖,以包容彰显个性,构建相互尊重、相互欣赏、相互信任、相互依赖的现代新型师生关系。
[Abstract]:Teacher-student relationship is the most basic and core interpersonal relationship in school education, which directly affects the realization of educational purpose and the improvement of teaching quality. At present, the true nature of teacher-student relationship is often obscured and utilitarian. The distortion and variation such as apathy need to absorb the rich nutrition of Chinese excellent traditional culture, especially Confucius' educational thought, win respect with modesty, build up confidence with appreciation, exchange trust with sincerity, and rely on giving and casting. The modern teacher-student relationship is characterized by tolerance, mutual respect, mutual appreciation, mutual trust and mutual dependence.
