教育现代化的陷阱、挑战及其应对

【摘要】：在教育现代化进程中,发达国家和地区的成功经验或发展状态对于后发国家和地区而言可能是陷阱。这取决于后者对自身文明和他者文明把握的深刻程度。在文明交流背景下,教育现代化过程存在"压力-追赶型"和"从容-自主型"两种范式。在"压力-追赶型"范式中,中国教育现代化面临诸多陷阱和挑战。为了跨越陷阱,迎接挑战,要实现教育现代化的范式转换,并树立全面教育现代化的观念:以教育条件的现代化为基础,以教育体制的现代化为关键,以教育主体的现代化和教育生态的现代化为目标和宗旨,推进教育现代化进程。
[Abstract]:In the process of educational modernization, the successful experience or development state of the developed countries and regions may be a trap for the developing countries and regions. This depends on the depth of the latter's understanding of their own civilization and the civilization of others. There are two paradigms in the process of educational modernization: "pressure-catch-up" and "easy-independent". In the "pressure-catch-up" paradigm, China's educational modernization faces many pitfalls and challenges. To realize the paradigm shift of educational modernization, and to establish the concept of comprehensive educational modernization: based on the modernization of educational conditions, and based on the modernization of educational system as the key, In order to promote the modernization of education, the modernization of educational subject and education ecology is the goal and purpose.
