自我损耗状态下，权力感对大学生道德两难判断的影响研究

【摘要】：现代社会,道德两难问题越来越多,道德常常与人的切身利益相关,人们在做出道德选择时都需要抑制内心的某些冲突,从而损耗了一定的自我控制资源,此时个体就会处于一种暂时的自我损耗(ego-depletion)状态,并且在之后的自我控制任务中的表现变差。权力代表着个体对外界环境的掌控力,是实现社会利益再分配的手段,如果道德判断是出于自身利益的考虑,那么权力就会对其产生影响。本研究以在校大学生为被试,采用E-crossing任务来诱发损耗,通过权力情境故事来启动个体的不同权力水平,来探讨自我损耗与权力感对道德两难判断行为的影响。实验一探讨自我损耗对道德两难判断的影响;实验二探讨了自我损耗状态下,权力感对道德两难判断的影响。结果发现:(1)不同自我损耗状态下的个体都更愿意做出道义性选择,但高损耗个体相较于低损耗个体做出的选择更加道义;(2)高、低权力个体都更愿意做出功利性选择,高权力个体相较于低权力个体做出的选择更加功利,且差异显著;(3)高损耗低权力个体更愿意做出道义性选择,低损耗高权力个体更愿意做出功利性选择。
[Abstract]:In modern society, there are more and more moral dilemmas, and morality is often related to the vital interests of human beings. When people make moral choices, they need to restrain some conflicts in their hearts and thus consume certain resources of self-control. At this point, the individual will be in a temporary state of ego-depletion, and their performance in the subsequent self-control tasks will deteriorate. Power represents the individual's control over the external environment and is a means of reallocating social benefits. If moral judgment is based on self-interest, then power will have an impact on it. This study takes college students as subjects, uses E-crossing task to induce wastage, and starts individual power level through power situation story. To explore the influence of self-loss and power on the behavior of moral dilemmas. Experiment 1 discusses the influence of self-depletion on moral dilemmas; experiment 2 discusses the effects of self-depletion on moral dilemmas. The effect of a sense of power on moral dilemmas. It was found that: 1) individuals in different states of self-loss are more willing to make moral choices, but individuals with high losses are more moral than those with low losses. Low-power individuals are more willing to make utilitarian choices, and high-power individuals are more willing to make moral choices than low-power individuals, and the differences are significant. Individuals with low loss and high power are more willing to make utilitarian choices.
