高校在线心理咨询平台的设计及实现

【摘要】：社会的进步带给我们诸多压力和挑战。大学校园相当于半个社会,在这里,学习、人际关系、就业等问题使得大学生的心理压力增大,导致其心理问题日趋严重。但由于专业的心理咨询辅导教师的紧缺以及对心理咨询的错误认知,要实现学生全面的心理健康辅导是很困难的。因此,本文设计并开发实现了一个拥有辅助诊断系统的高校在线心理咨询平台。为了更好的解决学生的心理问题,本文对大学生心理特点以及常见心理问题进行分析,借鉴国内外对心理咨询理论和专家系统的相关研究,利用人工智能技术构建高校在线心理咨询平台。首先,根据需求分析提出总的设计目标原则,提出在线心理咨询平台的总体技术路线,设计了平台的总体结构和主要功能模块;其次,根据大学生的心理特点对心理治疗方法在大学生心理问题中的应用进行详细分析,构建知识库,设计框架-产生式的知识表达结构;然后,进行推理机制的研究,通过经典C-F模型的改进和加权模糊不精确推理模型的应用,实现推理机的两种推理方式;最后,应用人工智能技术实现咨询平台的开发工作,并对平台进行测试,对应用效果进行分析。利用本文前期的研究开发了一个功能较完善、能够满足大学生心理需求的心理咨询应用平台。通过实例论证分析了在线心理咨询平台开发的可行性以及该平台能够解决当前大学生心理方面存在的问题,这对于促进大学生的心理健康具有深刻意义。
[Abstract]:The progress of society brings us a lot of pressure and challenges. The university campus is equivalent to half a society. Here, the problems of learning, interpersonal relations, employment and so on increase the psychological pressure of college students. But due to the shortage of professional psychological counseling teachers and the wrong cognition of psychological counseling, it is very difficult to realize the comprehensive mental health counseling of students. In order to solve the psychological problems of students better, this paper analyzes the psychological characteristics and common psychological problems of college students. Based on the related research of psychological counseling theory and expert system at home and abroad, the online psychological counseling platform of colleges and universities is constructed by using artificial intelligence technology. Firstly, the general design objective principle is put forward according to demand analysis. This paper puts forward the overall technical route of online psychological counseling platform, designs the overall structure and main functional modules of the platform. Secondly, according to the psychological characteristics of college students, the application of psychotherapy in psychological problems of college students is analyzed in detail. Build knowledge base, design frame-production knowledge representation structure; then, research the reasoning mechanism, through the improvement of classical C-F model and the application of weighted fuzzy imprecise reasoning model, realize two reasoning methods of inference engine. The application of artificial intelligence technology to the development of the consulting platform, and the platform testing, analysis of the application results. The application platform of psychological counseling can meet the psychological needs of college students. The feasibility of the development of online psychological counseling platform and the problems existing in the psychological aspects of college students are demonstrated and analyzed by examples. It is of great significance to promote the mental health of college students.
