初中生社会支持、自尊与校园欺凌的关系研究

【摘要】:随着校园欺凌事件在网络媒体上的不断曝光,我们看到,那些受欺凌的同学不仅受到言语上的羞辱,更是受到了身体上的虐待,给他们的身心造成了很大的伤害,这些学生在受到欺凌时没有人上去制止,围观的人要么冷眼观看,要么跟着起哄嘲笑受欺凌的人,受欺凌的学生自己也没有多大反抗。基于此,本研究通过问卷调查法,考察了初中生社会支持、自尊和校园欺凌三者之间的关系。具体的被试选择上运用分层抽样法和随机抽样法,在乌鲁木齐市初中学校发放1000份问卷,收回有效问卷918份,用SPSS16.0调查了社会支持、自尊和校园欺凌的基本现状,分析了两两之间的相关关系,并进一步探讨了三者之间存在的中介模型。主要得出以下结论:1.初中生的自尊和社会支持总体良好,校园欺凌现象并不严重。2.自尊在社会支持的总分和各个维度上都呈显著的正相关,即中学生的自尊越高,其社会支持就越多,越牢固有效;自尊在校园欺凌的总分和各个维度上呈显著的负相关,即中学生的自尊越高,在学校受到欺凌的可能性就越小;社会支持和校园欺凌在总分和各个维度上呈显著的负相关,即中学生的社会支持越多越有效,受到校园欺凌的机会越小。3.社会支持在自尊和校园欺凌中起到了部分的中介作用,即自尊对校园欺凌的影响有一部分是通过社会支持这一中介变量来实现的。本身自尊水平高的学生,再加上强大有效的社会支持,受到欺凌的概率就越小,同时一旦受到欺凌,在社会支持的帮助下学生受到的身心伤害也能较快的得到减轻甚至消除。根据以上结论,我们从不同的角度对校园欺凌的相关人员给予不同的建议,希望他们采取各自的措施以减少这类恶性事件有再次发生的可能性,最后能彻底杜绝校园欺凌事件的发生,形成良好的校园氛围,保障每一个学生能享受到快乐的校园生活。
[Abstract]:With the constant exposure of the campus bullying incident in the Internet media, we have seen that the students who have been bullied have not only been humiliated verbally, but also physically abused, causing great damage to their bodies and minds. When the students were bullied, no one came to stop them. The onlookers either looked at them with a cold eye, or followed by a laugh at the bullies, and the students themselves did not resist much. Based on this, the present study conducted a questionnaire survey. The relationship among social support, self-esteem and campus bullying of junior high school students was investigated. Stratified sampling method and random sampling method were used in the selection of subjects, and 1000 questionnaires were distributed in Urumqi junior high school, 918 valid questionnaires were collected. SPSS16.0 was used to investigate the basic status of social support, self-esteem and bullying on campus. And further discussed the intermediary model between the three. The main conclusions are as follows: 1. The self-esteem and social support of junior high school students are generally good. The phenomenon of bullying on campus is not serious .2. Self-esteem has significant positive correlation in the total score and every dimension of social support, that is, the higher the self-esteem of middle school students, the more social support, the stronger and more effective; There was a significant negative correlation between the total score of campus bullying and each dimension, that is, the higher the self-esteem of middle school students, the less likely they were to be bullied in school, and the negative correlation between social support and campus bullying was significant in the total score and each dimension. That is, the more social support of middle school students, the more effective, the less chance of being bullied by campus. 3.Social support plays a part of intermediary role in self-esteem and campus bullying. That is, the effect of self-esteem on campus bullying is partly achieved through the intermediate variable of social support. Students with high self-esteem levels, coupled with strong and effective social support, are less likely to be bullied, and once they are bullied, With the help of social support, the students' physical and mental injury can also be alleviated or even eliminated. According to the above conclusion, we give different suggestions to the related personnel of campus bullying from different angles. It is hoped that they will take their own measures to reduce the possibility of recurrence of this kind of vicious event, and finally can completely eliminate the occurrence of bullying on campus, form a good campus atmosphere, and ensure that every student can enjoy a happy campus life.
