差异及差异教育的再认识:一种教育哲学的批判

【摘要】：差异是个性的基础,差异不仅是不同,而且包含着个性。差异及差异教育问题不仅是教育学的问题,也是社会学和政治学的问题。差异的存在和个性化的教育是建构理想社会的教育基础。教育不仅要包容个性的差异,更要包容所谓"好与坏"的差异,它使教育从另一角度思考"好教育"的可能性。无论是好或坏的差异都是洞察个性的起点,如果说"好"是一种榜样,那么"坏"就是一种改变的可能性和个性教育的开始。教育要有尊重差异的信仰,但差异不应成为教育的目标;教育应处置好差异与平等的关系,不能让差异成为不平等的理由;教育应建立差异教育的原则,从包容差异走向创造个性的教育。
[Abstract]:Difference is the basis of personality, difference is not only different, but also contains personality. Difference and difference education are not only problems of pedagogy, It is also a problem of sociology and political science. The existence of differences and individualized education are the educational basis for building an ideal society. Education should not only contain differences in personality, but also the differences between "good and bad". It allows education to think about the possibility of "good education" from another perspective. Differences, good or bad, are the starting point for insight into personality, and if "good" is an example, Then "bad" is the possibility of change and the beginning of personality education. Education should have a belief that respects differences, but differences should not be the goal of education; education should deal with the relationship between difference and equality. Education should establish the principle of education of difference, from tolerance of difference to education of creating individuality.
