学区视角下教师继续教育模式的发展路径

【摘要】:教师继续教育既是提升教师专业发展水平的基本路径,也是教师综合素质提升的关键。传统的教师继续教育模式一般有学历教育、非学历培训、合作教育、校本教育和网络研修等五种,这五种模式均存在一定的问题。因此,需要构建学区视角下的教师继续教育模式,此种模式的内涵是倡导学区范围的教师个体经验的互动和共享、培训模式的仿真性以及培训内容的综合化和多元化,在路径选择上需要从思想观念、教育内容、学习环境、教与学的资源上推进,但也需要注意,此种模式必须扎根于各个学校的课堂实践、注重各个学校及教师利益的共同发挥、注重教师教育者和教师之间的批判和反思以及改变传统继续教育中的行政指令或标准。
[Abstract]:Teachers' continuing education is not only the basic way to improve teachers' professional development level, but also the key to the improvement of teachers' comprehensive quality. There are five kinds of school-based education and network study, all of which have some problems. Therefore, it is necessary to construct the teachers' continuing education model from the perspective of school district, the connotation of which is to advocate the interaction and sharing of teachers' individual experience in school district. The simulation of the training mode and the integration and diversification of the training content need to be promoted from the perspective of ideas, educational content, learning environment, teaching and learning resources, but also need to pay attention to. This model must be rooted in the classroom practice of each school, pay attention to the joint play of each school and teachers' interests, pay attention to the criticism and reflection between teacher educators and teachers, and change the administrative instruction or standard in traditional continuing education.
