高校心理健康教育问题与对策的研究

【摘要】:大学生作为一个年轻的群体,他们承载了家庭、学校、社会的较高期望。在科学技术与创新精神推动社会进步、国家富强的大趋势下,大学生肩负了巨大的责任。从另一方面讲,他们产生的种种心理问题也是因为大学生渴望获得成功、希望为社会作出贡献所付出的代价。大学生是我们国家的希望、民族的未来,我们的国家需要这些优秀的人才,但随着发展脚步的加快,越来越多的大学生在成长的道路上出现了不同程度的困扰,轻则会影响到大学正常的学业、生活,严重的可能会发展为心理疾病、精神障碍,这些都是我们不愿意看到的。因此,高校对大学生进行培养,不能单纯的仅仅重视文化素质教育,也要将大学生的心理健康作为教育的重点环节。为了使得大学生能够以一个健康的身心在校园中更好的学习、成长,大学生自身、高校心理健康教育工作者及全体教职工都需要努力。本文拟从以下三个方面对当前我校大学生心理健康的现状进行研究:第一部分:本文对现今新形势下高校心理健康教育进行了比较全面的研究,具体主要是对其目标、内容、原则、途径、方法等,并对大学生常见的心理健康问题及其成因进行了研究。第二部分:以西安工业大学全日制在校本科生为研究对象,通过设计的调查问卷对1000名大学生进行了问卷调查并使用SPSS数据处理软件进行后期的回收处理。了解了我校大学生的几个心理健康问题的现状,分别是学习方面、网络方面、人际关系方面、恋爱关系方面、情绪稳定方面和就业压力方面的重点问题,笔者进行了比较充分的调查和较为深入的分析,得出了我校大学生存在有关方面的具体问题。本研究主要使用了文献综述法、调查研究法、综合分析法、理论研讨法。第三部分:本文以西安工业大学在校本科生为研究对象,由调查统计分析的情况,对我校大学生存在的有关问题进行了相应的建议。重点针对我校大学生存在的学习问题、上网问题、宿舍关系问题、恋爱问题、心理烦恼问题、就业问题这六个主要问题提出相应的建议或给予较为具体的解决措施,从我校心理健康教育工作的实际出发,具有较强的可操作性,并期望通过采纳建议后进一步提升我校心理健康教育工作的水平,同时使我校大学生心理健康状况得到进一步增强。
[Abstract]:As a young group, college students carry higher expectations from their families, schools and society. Under the trend of science and technology and the spirit of innovation to promote social progress and the prosperity and strength of the country, College students shoulder a great responsibility. On the other hand, the psychological problems they produce are also the price that college students pay for their desire to succeed and to contribute to society. College students are the hope of our country. In the future of our nation, our country needs these outstanding talents, but with the acceleration of the pace of development, more and more college students are troubled to varying degrees on the way of growth. Light will affect the normal study and life of the university. Serious diseases may develop into mental illness, mental disorders, all of which we do not want to see. Therefore, colleges and universities should not simply attach importance to cultural quality education in the cultivation of college students. It is also necessary to make the mental health of college students a key link in education. In order to enable college students to learn and grow better on campus with a healthy body and mind, college students themselves, The present situation of mental health of college students is studied from the following three aspects: the first part: this paper is about the present situation of college students' mental health under the new situation. A comprehensive study of health education has been carried out. The main purpose, contents, principles, ways, methods and so on, and the common mental health problems of college students and their causes are studied. The second part: taking the full-time undergraduates of Xi'an University of Technology as the research object. Through the designed questionnaire, 1 000 college students were investigated and the SPSS data processing software was used to carry out the later stage recovery processing. The present situation of several mental health problems of our college students was understood, which were the learning aspect, the network aspect, and so on. In terms of interpersonal relations, love relationships, emotional stability and employment pressure, the author has carried out a more thorough investigation and in-depth analysis. This research mainly uses the literature review method, the investigation method, the comprehensive analysis method, the theory research method. The third part: this article takes the Xi'an University of Technology undergraduate as the research object, Based on the investigation and statistical analysis, this paper makes some suggestions on the problems existing in the college students. It focuses on the problems of study, Internet access, dormitory relationship, love, psychological problems, and so on. The six main problems of employment are put forward corresponding suggestions or given more concrete measures to solve them. They have strong maneuverability from the actual situation of mental health education in our school. It is expected that the level of mental health education in our school will be further improved after the adoption of suggestions, and the mental health status of college students will be further enhanced at the same time.
