走向智慧时代的教育信息化发展三大问题

【摘要】:当前我国正朝着实现智慧时代的教育现代化奋进。教育信息化对于教育现代化发展,具有支撑性、驱动性、引领性的战略作用。没有教育信息化就不可能实现真正意义上的智慧时代的教育现代化。然而我国教育信息化历经几十年的发展,并未产生国家期待的引领和推动教育现代化的巨大作用,甚至在与互联网+融合的发展中,严重滞后于其他许多行业。正视教育信息化发展的问题并尽快加以解决,是我国实现教育现代化重大使命的当务之急。以推动教育现代化的要求重新审视我国教育信息化发展,有三大根本性问题需要重视,即重大理论创新缺失、重大原始实践创新不足、学科地位不高。我国想要突破已有的现代化国家发展模式,实现智慧时代的教育现代化,必须有先进理论的指导,必须有能对教育产生重大及深远影响的实践创新。而保证理论与实践创新的前提是满足教育信息化的人才需求。这可以通过提高教育信息化的学科地位、加大教育信息化高层次人才的培养力度、增设和增加国家级教育信息化科技研究平台和课题等措施实现。
[Abstract]:At present, our country is striving to realize the educational modernization in the age of wisdom. Education informatization is of support and drive for the development of educational modernization. It is impossible to realize the education modernization in the true sense of wisdom age without the education informationization. However, the education informationization in our country has experienced decades of development. It has not produced the great function that the country expects to lead and promote the modernization of education, and even in the development of integration with the Internet, it lags behind many other industries seriously. Facing up to the problem of the development of education informatization and solving it as soon as possible, It is an urgent task for our country to realize the important mission of educational modernization. To re-examine the development of educational informatization in order to promote the modernization of education, there are three fundamental problems that need to be paid attention to, namely, the lack of major theoretical innovation. In order to break through the existing mode of modern national development and realize the modernization of education in the age of wisdom, our country must have the guidance of advanced theory. There must be practical innovation that can have a significant and far-reaching impact on education. The premise of ensuring theoretical and practical innovation is to meet the needs of talents in education informatization. This can be achieved by enhancing the subject status of educational informatization. We should strengthen the cultivation of high-level talents of educational informatization, and add and increase the research platform and subject of national educational information science and technology, and so on.
