作为治理术的中国农村教育

【摘要】:农村劳动力乡城流动造成的留守儿童和农村中小学布局调整引发的教育上移是中国目前农村教育中存在的两大主要问题。本文详细展示了贵州老杜一家因为外出务工以及村庄学校撤并和对城市优质教育的追求等原因而分处五地的故事,并应用治理术和生命政治的概念对老杜家案例进行了分析。结果发现,结合劳动力乡城流动的政策设计与安排,教育已经成为能够理性调节和配置老杜家所有人的时间和空间的重要因素,影响着老杜一家人的生命过程,包括迁移、定居、工作和生活等方面。因此,教育变成了影响老杜一家人的生命政治,是以城市化和工业化为特征的发展主义的治理术。进一步分析发现,农村中小学布局调整并非农村城镇化的必然结果,而恰恰是推动城市化的重要手段,是追求以经济增长为核心的发展主义的战略安排。
[Abstract]:There are two main problems in rural education in China, which are left-behind children caused by rural labor force and rural primary and secondary school layout adjustment. This paper shows in detail the old du Yi family in Guizhou province because of going out. The stories of migrant workers, village schools, and the pursuit of quality education in the city are divided into five places. And the concept of governance and life politics is used to analyze the Laodu family case. The results show that the policy design and arrangement of labor migration in rural areas are combined. Education has become an important factor that can rationally regulate and allocate the time and space of the Laodu family, which affects the life process of the old du family, including the aspects of migration, settlement, work and life. Education has become the politics affecting the life of the old du family, and it is a developmentalist governance technique characterized by urbanization and industrialization. Further analysis shows that the adjustment of the distribution of rural primary and secondary schools is not an inevitable result of rural urbanization. It is an important means to promote urbanization and a strategic arrangement to pursue developmentalism with economic growth as the core.
