国民性众数人格理论视域下农村留守幼儿社会化现状及建议

【摘要】:现代化的核心是人的现代化,国民性的发展对人的现代化具有关键性作用。国民性的形成和发展与社会化过程密不可分。调查结果表明,农村留守幼儿社会化的外部环境非常不利于其成年后国民性的发展。基于国民性众数人格理论,国家应从发展战略的高度,重视并改善这一特殊群体社会化的外部环境,充分发挥幼儿园在农村留守幼儿社会化中的核心、主导作用,引导家长从幼儿发展和社会责任的角度看待养育幼儿的问题。
[Abstract]:The core of modernization is the modernization of human beings. The development of national character plays a key role in the modernization of human beings. The formation and development of national character are closely related to the process of socialization. The external environment of socialization of children left behind in rural areas is very unfavorable to the development of their national character after adulthood. Based on the theory of mode personality of national character, the country should attach importance to and improve the external environment of socialization of this special group from the perspective of development strategy. We should give full play to the core and leading role of kindergartens in the socialization of children left behind in rural areas, and guide parents to look at the problem of raising young children from the perspective of infant development and social responsibility.
