影响流动儿童教育融合的因素分析——基于教育过程与教育结果的视角

【摘要】：本文从教育过程和教育结果的角度出发,对影响流动儿童教育融合的主要因素进行了理论分析和实证研究。基于南京、苏州、杭州和绍兴等四个城市的调研显示:流动儿童在课堂回答问题、获得表扬和遭到批评等主要教育过程方面总体上弱于城市儿童,并且存在着一定的两极分化现象;在对学校的满意度和学习成绩等教育结果方面也明显落后于城市儿童。进一步地计量检验发现,流动女童比男童更容易融入城市教育,来到城市的时长与流动儿童教育过程和结果的城市融合之间存在着显著的正相关关系。就读于城市儿童为主的学校对流动儿童教育过程的融合产生了显著的负向作用,但却有助于提高他们对学校的满意度。家长较高的文化程度、收入水平以及较多地参与子女教育均可以显著改善流动儿童的教育融合水平。
[Abstract]:From the perspective of educational process and educational results, this paper makes a theoretical analysis and empirical study on the main factors affecting the educational integration of floating children. The investigation in four cities, such as Hangzhou and Shaoxing, shows that the migrant children are generally weaker than the urban children in the main educational process of answering questions, receiving praise and being criticized in class, and there is a certain polarization phenomenon; Educational outcomes such as school satisfaction and school achievement also lagged significantly behind urban children. Further measurement tests found that migrant girls were more likely to integrate into urban education than boys. There is a significant positive correlation between the length of time coming to the city and the urban integration of the educational process and the result of the floating children, and the school in which the urban children are the main students has a significant negative effect on the integration of the education process of the migrant children. Parents' higher education level, higher income level and more participation in children's education can significantly improve the educational integration level of migrant children.
