来沪农民工随迁子女校外体育活动参与状况调查

【摘要】：农民工随迁子女的城市生活问题,是当下老百姓和政府关切的热点问题,当前上海市农民工随迁子女己基本接受了同城化义务教育,上海市随迁子女能够免费进入学校学习已成为现实,他们能不能入学的问题已经得到解决。这一问题的解决给农民工随迁子女人生带来了更多的可能,促进了教育的公平公正。农民工随迁子女现在面临的是能否接受到良好的教育、能否尽快融入新的城市环境中健康快乐的成长和生活,以及在校外参与的各项活动中,是否也能享受到同等待遇,增强随迁子女的身份认同感和城市归属感也同样值得关注和思考。本文以校外体育为视角,探讨来沪农民工随迁子女在享受教育公平的同时,他们的校外体育参与状况是怎样的。本文通过对农民工子女课外体育活动的参与现状进行数据的采集与分析,为农民工随迁子女的校外体育参与提供相关的意见和建议。以问卷调查,数理统计和访谈法作为调查来沪农民工随迁子女校外体育活动的主要研究方法。研究发现,来沪农民工随迁子女对于体育锻炼具有积极的价值判断和取向,具备了主动参与体育活动的内部动因;制约来沪农民工随迁子女体育参与的主要因素包括可支配的余暇时间太少、校外公共体育活动资源不足、父母的支持程度不高,缺乏稳定有序的组织、专业技术指导和制度化保障等;父母的文化程度对来沪农民工随迁子女的体育运动参与程度具有显著性影响;父母的职业与来沪农民工随迁子女的体育运动参与程度具有显著关联性;城市中心区与郊区来沪农民工随迁子女参与体育锻炼频次和投入时间存在显著差异;随迁家庭子女和沪籍家庭子女的校外体育参与时间有显著差异。根据研究结果提出以下促进来沪农民工随迁子女校外体育参与的发展对策:创立校外体育辅导员制度,为体育第二讲堂找个好老师;增强学校与随迁子女家庭的互动与协作;优化社区公共体育资源,丰富社区体育活动;政府需完善农民工子女教育的相关惠民政策,充分利用社会公共体育场所的价值,发挥其在学生校外体育运动中的作用;形成学校、社区、以及其他社会民间体育组织的合力,在政府的宏观配置下,丰富体育公共服务范围;协调城市中心区和郊区体育资源配置。
[Abstract]:The urban life of migrant workers' children with emigration is a hot issue of concern to the common people and the government. At present, the children of migrant workers in Shanghai have basically accepted the compulsory education in the same city.Free access to school has become a reality in Shanghai, and the question of whether or not they can attend school has been resolved.The solution of this problem brings more possibilities to the children of migrant workers and promotes the fairness and justice of education.The children of migrant workers are now faced with whether they can receive a good education, be able to integrate into the new urban environment as soon as possible, and grow up and live healthily and happily, and whether they can also enjoy the same treatment in the various activities in which they participate outside school.It is also worth paying attention to and thinking about enhancing the identity of the children and the sense of belonging in the city.From the perspective of out-of-school sports, this paper discusses the situation of their participation in out-of-school sports while their children of migrant workers in Shanghai are enjoying the fair education at the same time.Based on the data collection and analysis of the participation in extracurricular sports activities of the children of migrant workers, this paper provides relevant opinions and suggestions for the out-of-school sports participation of the children of migrant workers.Questionnaire survey, mathematical statistics and interview are the main research methods of sports activities of migrant workers in Shanghai.It is found that the children of migrant workers who come to Shanghai have positive value judgment and orientation for physical exercise and have the internal motivation to actively participate in sports activities.The main factors restricting the sports participation of migrant workers' children in Shanghai include too little spare time at their disposal, insufficient resources for public sports activities outside school, low level of parental support, and lack of stable and orderly organization.The education level of parents has a significant influence on the sports participation of migrant workers' children in Shanghai.There is a significant correlation between parents' occupation and the degree of sports participation of migrant workers' children who come to Shanghai, and there are significant differences in the frequency and input time between urban center and suburban migrant workers' participation in physical exercise.There were significant differences in the time of sports participation between the children of families with emigration and those of children of Shanghai nationality.According to the results of the study, the following countermeasures are put forward to promote the participation of migrant workers' children in sports outside school: to establish the system of sports counselors outside school, to find a good teacher for the second lecture hall of physical education, to enhance the interaction and cooperation between the school and the families of the children who have moved with them;Optimize the community public sports resources, enrich the community sports activities, the government should improve the education of migrant workers' children, make full use of the value of the social public sports, play its role in students' out-of-school sports;Forming the joint forces of schools, communities, and other social and folk sports organizations, enriching the scope of public sports services under the macro allocation of the government, and coordinating the allocation of sports resources between urban centers and suburbs.
