教育均衡发展的双重正义视域:重释与新析

【摘要】：教育均衡发展是实现教育正义的基本途径,其实现过程不仅需要凭借原有的分配正义理念,在坚持权利和机会平等基础上,对最不利者持续增加资源倾斜和帮扶,而且需要借鉴关系正义的基本主张,减少和消除各种意义上的对最不利者的歧视、羞辱、边缘化、贬低、排斥等新"压迫"现象,使每所学校和每个学生都能实现基于自身实际和需要的最佳发展,走向教育的实质均衡发展。
[Abstract]:The balanced development of education is the basic way to realize the educational justice. Its realization process not only depends on the original idea of distributive justice, but also on the basis of upholding the rights and equal opportunities, it can continuously increase the resource inclination and help to the most disadvantaged.And need to learn from the basic ideas of relational justice to reduce and eliminate new "oppression" phenomena such as discrimination, stigmatization, marginalization, stigmatization, exclusion and so on, against the most disadvantaged in all senses,So that every school and every student can realize the best development based on their own reality and needs, and move towards the balanced development of education.
