论师生互动中的教师领导——基于机体哲学的思考

【摘要】:以过程—关系思维为本体论的怀特海机体哲学,以其包容性、深邃性和生态性成为当今哲学新的生长点。在怀特海机体哲学的视域下,师生互动中的教师领导意义存在于教师自身、学生和师生机体三个方面。师生互动中的教师领导具有两个方面的特点:一是指教师对学生的影响,二是指教师对师生机体的价值引领和价值创造。其具体构成包括道德领导、智识领导、风格领导和行为领导四个方面。从压制转向说服是师生互动中教师领导实现的关键点。
[Abstract]:Whitehead's philosophy of organism, which takes process-relation thinking as its ontology, has become a new growing point of philosophy with its inclusiveness, depth and ecology. From the perspective of Whitehead's philosophy of organism, the significance of teacher leadership in teacher-student interaction lies in three aspects: teacher itself, students and teachers and students. Teachers' leadership in teacher-student interaction has two characteristics: one is the influence of teachers on students, the other is the value guidance and value creation of teachers and students. Its specific composition includes four aspects: moral leadership, intellectual leadership, style leadership and behavioral leadership. From repression to persuasion is the key point of teachers'leadership in teacher-student interaction.
