发达国家校园欺凌的应对及其启示

【摘要】:现阶段各种社会问题层出不穷,学校这片本为知识传授与品德教育的净土亦深受校园欺凌的考验。校园欺凌行为的表现形式多种多样,在实践中集中体现为普遍性、不平衡性与隐蔽性三个显著特征,青少年自身的生理差异与心理缺失、师生交流障碍与家庭教育方式扭曲以及生活方式变化与大众媒体不良示范均是校园欺凌屡禁不止的重要原因。美国、日本、挪威、瑞典等国家在应对校园欺凌方面为我们提供了政府、学校、家庭、社会等多个层面可供借鉴的经验与启示,值得我们探索学习。
[Abstract]:At the present stage, various social problems emerge in endlessly. The pure land of school, which is originally for the teaching of knowledge and moral education, is also tested by bullying on campus. There are many forms of bullying behavior in campus. In practice, it is manifested as universality, imbalance and concealment, physiological difference and psychological deficiency of teenagers. The obstacles of communication between teachers and students, the distortion of family education style, the change of life style and the bad demonstration of mass media are the important reasons for the repeated prohibition of bullying on campus. The United States, Japan, Norway, Sweden and other countries in dealing with bullying on campus for us to provide the government, school, family, society and other aspects of the experience and inspiration for reference, it is worth our exploration and learning.
