【摘要】：随着少儿体育舞蹈在西安市的不断发展和广泛的普及,西安市少儿体育舞蹈的参与人数及培训机构的不断增加,然而在西安市少儿体育舞蹈的培训市场上却出现一系列问题。本文结合了文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法和逻辑分析法,利用产业组织分析工具SCP模式建立西安少儿体育舞蹈培训市场的SCP分析框架,研究了西安少儿体育舞蹈培训市场中市场结构、行为和绩效三者的现状。为了帮助更多的培训业有比较完善的模式,获取更多的利润及提高整个培训业的质量,让更多的少儿参与者参与到体育舞蹈的产业中,优化西安市少儿培训业的市场结构,完善市场行为,提高市场绩效,并对西安少儿体育舞蹈培训市场出现的问题给予建议。通过本文的研究得出结论:1、西安市少儿体育舞蹈培训市场属于寡占Ⅲ型市场,差异化程度较小,教师与参与者男女比例不平衡,培训业的进入壁垒中技术性壁垒较高、政府监管力度较低,退出壁垒很低。2、西安市少儿体育舞蹈培训业中市场价格平民化,参与者对培训机构的选择更加看重教师的教学质量,在市场竞争中取胜需要提高培训点的教学水平。培训点的广告促销手段各式各样,宣传单和赛事广告牌的制作成为主要的手段。3、西安市少儿体育舞蹈培训业的培训绩效较低,广告宣传对西安市少儿体育舞蹈有一定影响效果,参与者比较满意培训业的服务质量。4、西安市少儿体育舞蹈培训业属于低寡占竞争型市场,价格行为和非价格行为由其市场结构决定,市场结构作用于培训机构所有者的行为使其集中度降低。市场行为决定市场结构,同样培训市场中的广告行为及创新行为影响市场绩效,但市场绩效不是直接改变市场结构,在促进对体育舞蹈培训业的发展政府行为不可缺少。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development and widespread popularization of children's sports dance in Xi'an, the number of participants and training institutions of children's sports dance in Xi'an is increasing. However, there are a series of problems in the training market of children's sports dance in Xi'an. This paper combines the methods of literature, questionnaire, mathematical statistics and logic analysis, and establishes the SCP analysis framework of Xi'an children's sports dance training market by using the industrial organization analysis tool SCP model. The present situation of market structure, behavior and performance in Xi'an children's sports dance training market was studied. In order to help more training industries have more perfect models, obtain more profits and improve the quality of the entire training industry, let more children participate in the sports dance industry, optimize the market structure of the children's training industry in Xi'an. Improve market behavior, improve market performance, and give suggestions to the problems in Xi'an children's sports dance training market.
