【摘要】：正为什么有的教师总不能很好地控制自己的情绪,而另一些人总是沉迷于既定的过往而不能自拔,还有一些人总是愿意固守成见……这里有一个认识的角度:"心智模式"又叫心智模型。它是指固定于心中,影响人们了解世界、采取行动的既有认知;它是人们的思维习惯、思维风格、思想方法以及心理素质的反映;它是人们认识事物和解决问题的方法和习惯,是人们的一种思维定式。
[Abstract]:Why are some teachers always unable to control their emotions, others are obsessed with the past and others are always willing to stick to stereotypes. Here is an angle of understanding: the mental model is also called the mental model. It refers to the existing cognition that is fixed in the mind and influences people to understand the world and take action; it is the reflection of people's thinking habits, thinking styles, thinking methods and psychological qualities; it is the method and habit of people to understand things and solve problems. Is a kind of thinking formula of people.
