初中生同学关系与焦虑情绪的追踪研究

【摘要】:同学关系不仅是同伴关系的一种重要形式,也是班级环境的核心成分。良好的同学关系对于个体的心理健康、人际关系和情绪稳定具有重要作用。目前,已有研究发现健康的同伴关系意味着更少的负性情绪。而且同学关系对于消极情绪之一——抑郁起到负向预测作用。虽然已有研究发现同伴关系能够负向预测焦虑、抑郁等消极情绪,且同学关系能负向预测抑郁情绪,但同学关系对焦虑的影响仍不明晰。同时,焦虑作为一种消极情绪,对青少年的成长具有消极影响,因此考虑如何减少焦虑情绪有利于初中生的健康发展。根据Sullivan的人格理论以及焦虑的社会支持理论,消极的同学关系不仅可能导致青少年更难适应和应对压力性事件,也会导致个体产生消极的自我评价,并最终引发高水平的焦虑。为了验证该推测,研究以840名初中生为被试,通过交叉滞后分析,进一步考察同学关系与焦虑的关系。结果发现:(1)初中生同学关系与焦虑存在显著的负相关。(2)初中生的同学关系存在性别差异,女生的同学关系要显著好于男生。(3)初中生的焦虑存在普遍性,不存在性别差异。(4)初中生同学关系随时间推移,同学关系会显著下降;焦虑水平随时间的推移而显著增加,变得更加焦虑。(5)初中生同学关系与焦虑之间存在预测关系。T1时间的焦虑能显著负向预测T2时间的同学关系,即焦虑可以负向预测同学关系。
[Abstract]:Classmate relationship is not only an important form of peer relationship, but also the core component of class environment. Good classmate relationship plays an important role in individual mental health, interpersonal relationship and emotional stability. Currently, studies have found that healthy peer relationships mean less negative emotions. And classmate relationships play a negative role in predicting depression, one of the negative emotions. Although some studies have found that peer relationships can negatively predict negative emotions such as anxiety and depression, and classmate relationships can predict depression negatively, the influence of peer relationships on anxiety is still unclear. At the same time, anxiety, as a negative emotion, has a negative impact on the growth of teenagers, so consider how to reduce anxiety is conducive to the healthy development of junior high school students. According to Sullivan's personality theory and anxiety's social support theory, negative classmate relationship may not only make it more difficult for teenagers to adapt to and cope with stressful events, but also lead to negative self-evaluation of individuals and eventually lead to high level of anxiety. In order to test the hypothesis, 840 junior high school students were selected to study the relationship between peer relationship and anxiety by cross-lag analysis. The results showed that there was a significant negative correlation between schoolmate relationship and anxiety among junior high school students. (2) there were gender differences in schoolmate relationship among junior high school students, and the schoolmate relationship of female students was significantly better than that of male students. There is no gender difference. (4) with the passage of time, the student relationship of junior high school students will decrease significantly, and the anxiety level will increase significantly with the passage of time. There is a predictive relationship between peer relationship and anxiety in junior high school students. The anxiety of T1 time can predict the classmate relationship of T2 time significantly, that is, anxiety can predict the classmate relationship in a negative direction.
