骨干型教师专业发展的定位、方向与路径反思

【摘要】:骨干型教师是教师专业发展过程中的较高层次,是"合格"向"优秀"转型的关键环节。骨干型教师的专业发展定位于"熟练"与"自主",发展方向包括教育理念、知识素质、能力素养、教育影响四个维度,发展路径为师徒结对、团队协同、高端培训、教学实践、科研项目、成果推介等。
[Abstract]:The backbone teacher is a higher level in the process of teacher professional development and a key link in the transition from "qualified" to "excellent". The professional development of backbone teachers is based on "proficiency" and "independence". The development direction includes four dimensions: education idea, knowledge quality, ability accomplishment, education influence. The development path is teacher and apprentice pairing, team cooperation, high-end training, teaching practice, etc. Scientific research projects, results promotion, etc.
