教育关系的暴力异化与归化

【摘要】：教育关系的暴力异化是对教育本性的破坏,是对原初温情而和谐的教育关系的逆反。它主要由人际关系的疏离、道德情感的怨恨及对暴力的去道德化而引起,产生的影响是降低了教育公信力,使可预期实现的教育受损。为缓解教育关系的暴力异化,实现其本真归化,应发扬教育的丰富性,涵养教育的人文性,尊重教育的保守性,让教育关系中的暴力被文明教养所取代。
[Abstract]:The violent alienation of educational relationship is the destruction of the nature of education and the reverse of the original warm and harmonious educational relationship. It is mainly caused by the alienation of interpersonal relationship, the resentment of moral emotion and the demoralization of violence, which has the effect of reducing the credibility of education and damaging the expected realization of education. In order to alleviate the violent alienation of educational relations and realize its true domestication, we should carry forward the richness of education, preserve the humanity of education, respect the conservatism of education, and let violence in educational relations be replaced by civilized upbringing.
