建立校际教师专业发展联盟的实践与思考——以贵州新学校计划教师专业发展联盟为例

【摘要】:校本研修是目前备受重视的教师专业发展制度,但在实践中面临教育教学经验趋同、持续发展困难等方面问题。我们在贵州通过建立校际教师专业发展联盟探索解决这样的问题,经过三年的实践验证,运用校际教师专业发展联盟,通过校际信息交换交流、联合运用校本研修资源、建立校际教研制度等措施,较好解决了这样的难题,取得满意成效,形成了联盟运行的基本组织模式并取得相应运行的经验。
[Abstract]:School-based research is a highly valued teacher's professional development system, but in practice it is faced with the problems of the convergence of education teaching experience and the difficulties of continuous development. In Guizhou, through the establishment of the inter-school teacher professional development alliance to explore the solution to this problem, through the practice verification of three years, the inter-school teacher professional development alliance, through the inter-school information exchange, the joint use of the school-based research resources, the establishment of the inter-school teaching and research system and other measures, The problem is solved, the satisfactory results are achieved, and the basic organization model for the operation of the alliance is formed and the corresponding operation experience is obtained.
