社会主义新农村建设中成教发展面临的困境与对策

【摘要】：当前,社会主义新农村建设过程中成人教育面临着思想观念滞后、教育资源配置不均、缺乏科学理论指导等困境。作者从转化农民的思想观念、加大资金投入、加强师资队伍建设、健全组织管理机构、改革课程设置与教学模式、加强成人教育理论研究等六个方面提出了解决问题的对策和建议。
[Abstract]:At present, the adult education in the construction of the new socialist countryside is facing many difficulties, such as the lag of ideology, the uneven allocation of educational resources, the lack of scientific and theoretical guidance, and so on. The countermeasures and suggestions for solving the problems are put forward in six aspects, such as strengthening the construction of teachers' ranks, perfecting the organization and management organization, reforming the curriculum and teaching mode, and strengthening the theoretical research of adult education.
