【摘要】：加强系统建设是电大上下的共识。在新的历史时期电大系统面临许多新的情况,各地电大抓住人才培养模式改革和开放教育试点工作的契机,以建设和谐电大系统为核心和目标,把握电大系统特色,强化系统建设,提升系统品质,优化系统环境,发挥系统功能,使电大的系统得到了巩固和发展,电大事业出现了跨越式发展的良好势头。
[Abstract]:It is the consensus of RTVU to strengthen the construction of the system. In the new historical period, RTVU is facing many new situations. RTVU in various regions has grasped the opportunity of the reform of personnel training model and the pilot work of open education. Taking the construction of harmonious RTVU system as the core and goal, grasping the characteristics of RTVU system, strengthening the system construction, improving the system quality, optimizing the system environment, giving play to the system functions, the RTVU system has been consolidated and developed. The cause of RTVU has shown a good momentum of development by leaps and bounds.
