适应与改革:新形势下的农村成人教育

【摘要】：农村成人教育是提高农民整体素质,培养造就有文化、懂技术、会经营的新型农民,推进社会主义新农村建设的重要途径。然而目前我国农村成人教育面临机构调整、办学形式单一、教学内容与方法脱离实际的现状,严重影响与制约了农村成人教育发展。因此,发展农村成人教育必须顺应时代潮流,从教育观念、办学体制、培养方式等方面改革创新,推进农业和农村发展。
[Abstract]:Adult education in rural areas is an important way to improve the overall quality of farmers, cultivate a new type of farmers who have knowledge, know technology and can operate, and promote the construction of a new socialist countryside. However, at present, China's rural adult education is faced with institutional adjustment. The form of running a school is single, the teaching content and method deviate from the actual situation, which seriously affects and restricts the development of rural adult education. Therefore, the development of rural adult education must conform to the trend of the times, from the educational concept, the system of running a school. Reform and innovation in training methods and other aspects to promote agricultural and rural development.
