社区终身学习理念与我国社区教育转型——关于我国社区教育现状、问题及发展对策的调查研究

【摘要】：当前社区教育研究亟需方法上的创新。本文以小城镇社区教育为调查研究对象 ,运用类型比较研究法 ,根据实际调查资料、数据的统计分析 ,探索我国社区教育的现状及未来发展问题。研究结果表明 ,当前我国小城镇社区教育尚处于“学校—行政型”阶段 ,要向“社区—社会型”转变 ,必须以社区终身学习理念为支持理论 ,确定科学、明确的区域化社区教育发展目标 ,推动社区教育管理体制转型 ,实现社区教育与社区建设、社区发展的整合。
[Abstract]:The current community education research urgently needs the method innovation.This paper takes community education in small towns as the object of investigation and explores the present situation and future development of community education in our country according to the actual investigation data and the statistical analysis of the data by using the method of type comparison.The results show that community education in small towns in China is still in the stage of "School- Administration". In order to change to "community-society", it is necessary to support the theory of community lifelong learning and determine the science.A clear development goal of regionalized community education promotes the transformation of community education management system and realizes the integration of community education community construction and community development.
