加强中国非政府公共部门教育培训的探讨

【摘要】：非政府公共部门是社会公共部门的一个重要的组成部分 ,包括各种公益性、互益性活动的非营利民间组织 ,国外通常叫NGO或者NPO。本文首先论述NGO对中国社会的重大影响 ,之后指出了NGO自身存在的不足和缺陷。在此基础上 ,提出了应重视并加强NGO的教育培训 ,以改善NGO自身的能力建设。在文章的最后一部分 ,探讨了NGO教育培训的两种方式及其各自特点和不足。
[Abstract]:The non-governmental public sector is an important part of the social public sector, including all kinds of public welfare, mutual benefit activities of non-profit non-governmental organizations, foreign countries are usually called NGO or NPO. This paper first discusses the great influence of NGO on Chinese society, then points out the shortcomings and defects of NGO itself. On the basis of this, we should pay attention to and strengthen the education and training of NGO in order to improve the ability of NGO itself. In the last part of the article, the author discusses the two ways of NGO education and training and their respective characteristics and shortcomings.
